After years of yo-yo dieting and intense workouts, I finally discovered the key to unlocking the results I had always been chasing: strength training and a high-protein diet. Once I began prioritizing protein and incorporating strength training, I finally started seeing the results I had been searching for. I became leaner, more satisfied, and more confident—even after having two kids!

The workouts are designed for 40-60 minutes per session.

You can drop 1 set in each workout that day to cut time down.

If you are traveling, sick, or just unable to start Monday that is okay. You can pick the start day within the app.

Trust me I get it, life happens! If you can’t make all 5 days drop the cardio day. If you can only do 3 days drop an upper body or leg day your choice.

Yes, the biggest driver for weight loss is nutrition. Second priority is weight training to ensure you are focusing on fat loss rather than muscle loss. Daily movement helps further drive your calorie deficit but not required for results. If you don’t meet your step goal but consistent with workouts and nutrition, you will still see results. Focus on consistently, not perfection.
