Personalized macro plan designed for fat loss with a calorie cycling approach, allowing for additional calories on the weekends.
WORKOUTS
Five structured workouts per week, including 4 strength training days—2 upper body and 2 lower body—plus 1 optional cardio day. Workouts are designed for progressive overload to maximize fat loss and muscle definition, with video demos for every exercise. You can follow the program at home or in the gym.
RECIPES
Easy and delicious macro-friendly recipes with a full macro breakdown. All recipes are in MyFitnessPal database for easy logging.
NUTRITION RESOURCES
Daily meal plan examples based on calorie goals, a staple grocery list, how to build your 30g protein plate with visual examples, a weekly meal planner cheat sheet, and a Starbucks and Chick-fil-A ordering guide for when you're on the go.

A beginner’s guide to tracking macros, a video tutorial on using MyFitnessPal, fat loss success tips, and a post-challenge guide to help you maintain your results after the four weeks are over.
